Character creation

Hi all,
I installed the server as it was explained in the guide. Server seems to work fine and i can login !
Another problem occurs, it wont show me an existing charater within loged account
nor it will let me to create another character (tryed all races). When creating a character, i get messege
"you may not create this character" and then client hangs so i have to close it manually with
ctrl+alt+del.
Did anyone solve this problem already, maybe i do something wrong ?...

Ok nevermind, i found problem. I tryed wrong client, must use rappelz epic 6.2
