error opening launcher

i have a problem when i try to open load.bat file .... as it opens rappelz a pop up comes and says "cannot find font file"

although when i open the launcher no user works i tried the acc creator but it didn`t worked and i tried admin id and pass : admin
, non of them worked

i did every thing in the giude

plz any one help me!!!
