Remove/Edit NPCs Empty Remove/Edit NPCs

On my server I have 3 NPCs I would like to remove, one is a ghost event npc and another has been loaded with about 2,000 items and always crashes the server when I try to open it, I know how to find and delete NPCs the problem I have is finding the "correct" NPC to delete so could someone please tell me the exact name of the file I need to remove from my scripts in order to remove those NPCs please...

Also im having really strange problems with the AuctionHouse, there seems to be items already in there (e:kenta & cash :/) how can I remove these? And I have also noticed that if I put anything into the AuctionHouse then the price gets set stupid (Example: I set E:Naga in Auction for 20k bid, 50k buy now after the prices changed to something stupid like 22bil bid, 90bil buy now o_O) Anyway to fix this?
