How to change the mosters lvl? Empty How to change the mosters lvl?

Well i tried to change their lvl by editing the dbo.MonsterResource but it didn't work.
So my geuss is that i have to do something in the Resource folder with the Scripts Folder or with the Newmap Folder.

Any help or ideas? PLZ scratch
