Well i had a similar message, so i got a new server files. I think it has something to do with your database and how its connected (Not sure)
Just get the new server file and use the new Auth Arcadia Telecaster files from the new server files.

yes i think i have the new server files but always when i connect i get the same little message.... also every time i disconnect and get back on... none of my skills are in the hotkeys... and i always have to go and click "Epic V Settings" for the settings to go back on.... the server never saves it.... any ideas?

Try to make a new acount and log in to it.

You have the new files form the UPDATE section on this site?

yeah i went to new server files and downloaded the bin folder from there..... u saw what i put before? about the server not saving stuff?.... have that problem too =_=

Yeah thats what im saying, its wierd cuz it should work, thats why i told you to try and make a new account and use it.

Or to start everything from the begining. You did something wrong. If you did everything correct then it should work like my and everyone elses servers.
